SUSE KIPP

BIO

Suse Kipp has been a music theatre producer until 2004. After her engagements as opera and theatre assistant in Germany, Austria and Scotland she moved to Berlin in 1994.
2004 she left stagework and started painting - influenced by the West African rhythm, polyphonic music and range of colours. The unpretentious incantations in their traditional dances have influenced her work as well as improvising methods in her theatre work.
Suse Kipp lives and works in Dortmund.
